Our commitment to customer support doesn't end after 5 p.m. or take vacations. At Aichelin technical support means 24 hour responsive service. Our equipment is designed to perform for extended periods of operation within the rough and tumble world of industrial heat treatment. Customer production schedules mandate continuous operation with limited down time. AHTS offers continuous support to its customers through our enhanced field service department. Our field engineers are factory trained with an average tenure of 10 years of "real world" experience in trouble shooting and repair of most process or equipment related problems. The AHTS' technician is further supported by an invaluable international supporting cast with relevant project experience from all over the world.

Aichelin's expansive facilities in Detroit Michigan enable us to provide for an increased inventory of spare parts. This includes critical long lead items and specialty parts such as refractories and mechanical / electrical supporting components. AHTS also works to develop similar plans with our subcontractors and part suppliers, particularly in special order materials such as radiant tubes, fixtures and tray systems. Finally, our networking within Aichelin's global organization ensures a wide range of spare parts availability to ensure your equipment will not have to endure extended shut down periods due to unavailability of spare parts (foreign or domestic) or unresponsive service.

A remote client location doesn't have to mean unpredictable service. Depending on the remoteness of your facility, AHTS will vigilantly pursue area qualified technical support services to provide "first line" defense capabilities. Our field engineer's responsibilities include coordination of all customer requests, serving as the focal point for executing a timely response whether by contracted sources or directly through AHTS field support. Depending on your application, Aichelin will provide a customized spare parts and technical support program custom tailored to your specific needs.
