A new concept
- saving energy
- saving space
- shorter carburizing cycles, shorter
processing time
Ring hearth furnace for carburizing
and press hardening
Up to now carburizing had to be done with carburizing depths
over 0.024 in, ex. in the chamber furnace, and then reheated
again in the rotary hearth furnace and hardened under the press.
Now the process steps can be combined efficiently in the
recently outlined ring hearth furnace plant. The ring
hearth furnace is as an alternative for pusher type furnace
plant.

hardening
The recently outlined ring hearth furnace plant with oil
hardening is an alternative to single-track pusher type furnace
plants.
