An added option includes FOCOS® II for complete process automation and control. FOCOS®II (Furnace Operation Control and Optimization System) is a high-end process control system for the integration of heat treatment into the manufacturing process. FOCOS® II is a modular Windowsâ based system that meets or exceeds most client supervisory/management requirements, including:

Safety / Automation Benefits:

Low Temperature shut-off. No explosive gasses are conveyed to system at temperatures less than 750ºC / 1400ºF.

Automatic Nitrogen Purging unit (Used in the event of a disturbance in process/enrichment gas).

When necessary, flame curtain at entry/exit locks. Assures zero oxygen penetration into the furnace.

External cooling for oil media. Air to oil heat exchanger preferred, however water to oil is also available.
