Conveyor Belt Furnaces

The terms "Robust", "Efficient" and "State of the Art" offer the most accurate and concise description for Aichelin’s Conveyor Belt Furnace Systems. For more than 50 years, Aichelin has provided Belt Furnace Systems to a wide variety of manufactures and industries within the global market. Through continuous development, these furnaces have achieved a high standard in productivity, quality, dependability, energy efficiency and environmental mindfulness.

The Aichelin Cast Link Belt furnace is designed and built for the discriminating manufacturer who recognizes the distinct advantages of lower operational costs versus lower capital investment costs. When compared to standard mesh belt system designs, the Aichelin Cast Link offers quantifiable reductions in operating costs and "total" costs per unit of production. Reductions in maintenance (i.e., serviceability, spare parts, changing of the belt), energy consumption (self contained belt, recuperative burner systems) and process gasses (interlock, sealed furnace housings) secure client confidence in that their system will provide years of quality and dependable service at a lower operational cost.

Conveyor Belt Furnace Line

AHTS Feature / Benefits Include:

  • Protective gas locks at the furnace inlet. A reduction of protective gas consumption by 40 – 50%, combined with improved uniformity and reproducibility of the heat treating results.

  • Internal Belt Design provides for cost savings by eliminating the need to heat up the belt repeatedly. There is less wear on the belt through uniform temperature, promoting longer belt life.

  • Gentle Handling Systems insure evenly loaded systems across the belt. Added flexibility in loading devices for different loading techniques. Careful handling of the product assure minimal nicks and abrasions.

  • Noxmat® Burner systems maximize burner efficiency and provide for low NOx emissions. Burner systems operate in excess of 80% efficiency when compared to non-recuperated alternatives.

  • Accurate metering and weighing of the material is adjusted for furnace capacity.

  • Dual motor drive on belt. Assures uniform and even stress throughout the belt surface. This promotes greater belt longevity.
